It was close to the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The only point was that our rooms didn’t get serviced until 4-7pm in The afternoon which was normally the time we were getting ready to go out for dinner so more staff was required get this completed by a reasonable time. The lady servicing the room however was amazing.

Great experience overall. Staff friendly and professional. Breakfast had nice options but crowded. Staff was diligent in cleaning tables. Pool was very nice. My wife enjoys rooftop bars and we booked this thinking we might enjoy that, however we were told on arrival that the bar/restaurant was closed for renovations. I do wish they told us prior to booking, but the lobby cafe & restaurant was nice and their were great options near by some within walking distance. They offer a Ferry shuttle…but it doesn’t really go anywhere. If you’re trying to go to Iconsiam it takes you to a subway-monorail where there’s a few scammers who try to redirect you to a different shopping area. Just take a Grab car which isn’t that expensive and more direct. I would stay here again.

Very nice hotel set back from beach. Short walk to beach. Infinity pool on top floor with beautiful view of bay. Bar open at pool. Mature feel. Restaurant on site which was convenient. Staff was very helpful.

The Charm was a lovely place to stay. The most amazing service from the staff. Daily room cleaning which was very appreciated. Amazing rooftop pool with a swim up bar. Loved our stay, would definitely come back

We enjoyed our stay at Charms resort. We liked our room with the private pool access. There was construction going on during our stay and I wish this was communicated to us beforehand. It would have been nice to know about the hours for construction so that we can plan to be away during those hours. It was not possible to fully enjoy the pool area with all the noise. Other than that, a very enjoyable stay.

WE LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS RESORT 2 TIME VISITING AND THIS TIME IT WAS MY DAUGHTERS BDAY AND THE STAFF WAS AMAZING SENT BIRTHDAY TO HER ROOM SINGING AND MADE HER FEEL SO HAPPY , THIS RESORT HASNT CHANGE, THE STAFF IS GREAT, THE ROOMS WERE VERY COMFORABLE, CLEN AND SPACIOUS , EVERYONE IS SO PLEASANT HERE ALWAYS, FROM THE BREAKFAST STAFF TO THE SKY BAR, TO DINNER , THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL FOR BOOKING TRIPS AND GIVING LIL JEWELS ON WHAER TO GO ON THE ISLAND... OVERALL AN WONDERFUL PROPERTY WITH AWESOME STAFF AND GOOD BREAKFAST , BEACH AND STORES ARE NOT EVEN A FIVE MINS WALK ... TAXI, TUKTUK ARE 2 MIN WALK OUT TO THE ROAD OR THE Staff can arrange for pick up at the property... I recommend for families, solo or friends trip its a great place and the sunset at the pool is absolutly breathless... :) until next time thank you for being so kind to us and making our experience so great for a second time....

I wish I had not booked this hotel. I read the reviews and truly some times I give the benefit of the doubt since it is in a new country so I don’t expect perfection, but wow this hotel needs a serious renovation in all areas. It is not a 4 star hotel honestly. First of all the hotel reach out to me by email that ai needed to make a payment to secure my booking and I reached out to Expedia since I booked through them always do and it seemed weird for the hotel to ask me to pay since I choose the option to pay at the hotel. Well after going back and forth with the hotel they emailed me and had figured that out since Expedia clarified that it was exactly how I booked to pay at the property. The hotel was dirty, the were roaches in the room, the pool we use one day but it is so dirty and clearly needs to be maintained and cleaned. The food in the restaurant is so bad, we never ate in the hotel again. I wish I would have looked for another resort when they emailed me with the whole hustle about paying in advance, not sure if they were desperate to book rooms. I am sure they are better resorts out there that are actually 4 stars.

Location was great however the swim out pool was a embarrassment, all the tiles were stained and unkept and wasn’t worth the extra money- the main pool area was great but the pool itself was also stained and the grout mouldy some of the pool lights had also fallen out off their position and dangled in the water, the staff were nothing short of amazing- pity the owners didn’t take pride in what they have, would I stay there again? Big No
