I like the fact of a hot breakfast. It may be an older building, but they are renovating to keep up. It is a home away from home when I am in Canada, as this is my 2nd time around there.

I was not given the room that was booked. The room was dirty. Hair and urine on the floor. The bed looked like it was made in a rush. The front desk and the evening Bistro staff were excellent. The breakfast staff was adequate. Just adequate. This was not my first time staying here. Beforehand, things were very good. It may well be my last.

Hotel is gradually being refurbished with new flooring & paint. Brightens the spaces. Our room was large & comfortable as well as quiet. Free hot breakfast was a nice touch. Laundry facilities are available. Did not use the gym or pool but are there for guests. Bistro staff were exceptionally helpful with a special shout out for Sarah for her extra special care & attention!
