Comfortable Cabin Getaway
The property was just what I was looking for: sufficient space and accommodations, and a good location in short walking distance of local businesses. A place to call "home base" for exploring the State Parks in the area.

Lovely Place
The sole reason for 4 stars is they need to spray for spiders. Just a few in bathroom bothered us a bit but the place is cool to just sit on the porch and inside is most cool as well.

Great cottage in unique town
We had a great stay at this house in Pioche during a trip to check out the state parks in Eastern Nevada. It’s such a cute house, well kept, and spacious, despite its age! A fun relic in an incredible mining town. Communication with the property owner was up front and easy, they were very accommodating of our family (especially the dog - with a fenced yard and dog cookies tin, our pup had a great time!). A short walk up the hill to local businesses and mining era artifacts. I admire people who are willing to care for an older home, and I loved the blue dishes. Our only regret is not ordering some See’s candy from a local school kid doing some door-to-door fundraising… we should have ordered a couple bars for her to keep. Thank you for the small town love!

Cute and comfortable
This rental was a great place to stay and close to the activities we wanted to do. It was super dog friendly. The yard is great and fenced as long as you don't have a dog who digs or can jump out of a field fenced yard. Very well stocked compared to some of the VRBO's I have rented in the past. Cleaning supplies, soaps and shampoo. There was even lotion and tissues. No toilet paper or paper towel shortage here. The owner Ron gets back immediately and when I called he answered. I would definitely stay here again.

Cozy And Welcoming
Wonderful accomplishment for our weekend trip to Pioche, Calienta, Cathedral Gorge, and Ely! Well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook up a meal! Comfy beds, very quiet neighborhood! Easy walking distance to grocery store, restaurant, and quaint, downtown attractions! Owner was great at communicating and accommodating our family’s needs. If you’re looking for a hideaway with the charm and feel of the historic mining town Pioche, this is the perfect place for you!

Cool old town
perfect place to get away, wish we could have stayed more than 1 night. rustic old Town was fun to explore, and the unexpected dusting of snow added another level of joy to experience.
