Older property but kept up. Everything was in working order. For the price we paid we got probably one of the worst on the property farthest from front desk overlooking parking and housekeeping area so I can only assume other rooms are better. But we didn’t stay in the room much so it was ok. Fridge micro and coffeemaker. Hardly any plugs in room for plugging devices- that needs to be changed. Tv had lots of channels but could not view guide and channels did not have labels so we just flipped around. The pools were warm and pretty clean. Advice- bring spa robe or something for when you get out of pool, bring flip flops or water shoes, bring travel essentials the soap etc in the room are very basic. Bring your own sugar and creamer and water for coffeemaker. Had a good stay, not luxurious but nice. Parking fills up fast but I did feel secure. Elevator in the back smelled like urine.

Property needs to upgrade their rugs and furniture. Didn’t even sit on the sofa couch that looked gross and worned out. Rug especially in high traffic areas smelled musky and thread bare that was getting wrinkled. I’ll pass this property on my next visit out here. You get what you pay for.

Pools nice..food good. Toilet broken twice. AC broken. Had to move ourselves. No hot water for 3 days. Lots of excuses. No housekeeping services. No replacement towels or cups. No more soap when ours broken into bits. No washcloths. Didnt matter how many times we asked. Worst hotel I ever stayed in. DON'T DO IT

They were out of rooms and Expedia still booked us. Got a whole cottage at their off campus ranch and it was amazing! Private hot tub, pretty much a whole house. Not too far. 10/10 doing it again

The hot tub access was great and the pool was wonderful. I loved getting breakfast in the restaurant, the staff was wonderful and the coffee was perfect. The late night attended was so helpful and very enthusiastic about guiding a first time guest like myself, even giving me a map and showing me all the key locations in the property.

We loved all the hot springs and pools. It’s a unique experience to have all the pools to choose from. And the restaurant on site is excellent. The area outside the resort isn’t very touristy and it’s difficult to find a restaurant without going in Palm Springs. However Palm Springs is only 25 minutes away so worth the drive.

This place has been my oldest spa hotel since my college days.. n i become senior now... so now lots of senior has been coming like me. The best hot spring water!

Quick getaway good for the price
Came for a quick get away.. it was good for the price. A little out dated. Some pools did not have water. I wish the temperature was lidted outside every pool and not only in the hotel lobby.
