Esmeralda and Joslyn are absolutely two of the most unprofessional individuals I have met in a very long time. Esmeralda not only asked me to leaving progenitor me from extending my stay but she also canceled my paid for future reservation. This is because she was offended when I expressed to her that her customer service skills needed improvement especially since she was in a higher up managerial posistion. I also explained to her that just because the Hampton is located near a low income area does not mean that everyone is in educated and unprofessional. I also asked her if she had has a bad morning that would cause her to speak and behave in such a rude and disrespectful manner as she was treating the situation as personal rather than professional. I felt as if I was being discriminated against. I followed up with a phone call to customer service with a complaint sadly though no one has responded and I find that to be just as unprofessional and unconcerned about their patrons. I am a Bon Voy member but maybe that doesn't matter if I'm not spending thousands of dollars. I was however I an a regular at this hotel whenever needed. I Will be looking into this matter further because the Mistreatment was totally unacceptable,!!!!!
