Poor conditions
Upon arrival in the room there was a cockroach. The front desk man told us, “we wouldn’t see another one.” Didn’t have hot water so I called down and was told he’d call the owner, then to my surprise three women barged in without knocking and asked, “do you really want hot water?” Shower curtain was filthy. Pool was not working. Not impressed.

One problem...
This is a nice, clean comfortable hotel. But when I took a shower (at 6:45am) there was no hot water. It was barely warm enough to make the shower tolerable.

Pool was unheated, hot tub was empty, small pillows, several cheap fixes to room that were tacky, and heater did not work well. Staff was all very friendly, bed was comfy, quiet and convenient to movie theater.

Reasonable price, nice room. Walls are a bit thin. TV speaker (Sceptre? brand) sounded on par with an cell phone speaker circa 2005.

The hotel was average but what turned us away was the dirty floors in our room that had not been vacuumed and there was no breakfast food even when we came down before 9:00.

This place is not clean. Several sockets and lights did not work. Several areas need painting. Make shift repairs need done again with quality workmanship. Washcloths were brown; were they clean or needed bleach? Checked in in middle of the afternoon, lobby lights were turned off; trying to save money on electricity? Staff never said a word checking in or ouf.

NOT a Holiday Inn
Lady at front desk very rude probably racist, I saw how she treated people of color and others. When I was checking out she said...."OOHH Thank God!" I was working hard and just get there to sleep ,I was = no noise, no trouble, not rowdy, super clean and nice. Can not understand the stay energy and feel. NEVER stay there rather drive 30 minutes to Holiday Inn Express CHANUTE KS , its a Holiday Inn

Super Eight stay not so super….
The room was not clean…..corners were dirty, tub had a ring, no Kleenex in room, the hallways stink like smoke, ice machine was broken, hot tub was not operating, lawn and exterior need refreshing.
