Surprisingly good general experience and the quality of the bed and bedding as comfortable as what I've experienced at the DoubleTree in same area. I had to stay here as it was a home Steelers game and my other preferred hotels in the location were sold out. Was a good value with good lighting, an airy feel to the room (with 2 full size beds), a nice sized desk for working, quiet area, and as mentioned very nice beds. Be aware there is no elevator. You will need to walk up about 8 stairs to reach the 1st floor rooms, and it looked like another 2 sets of stairs to reach the 2nd floor. The walls are somewhat thin so I could faintly hear the person snoring next door but I had my noise cancelling in-ear wired headset and used it to block the sound. The breakfast is limited and all carbs - waffle maker, bagels, toast, cereal - plus yogurt and apples.

No elevator. No antibacterial in any container. Pillow covers were yellowed. Stains on comforter and slight stains on sheets. Towels in bathroom were old and looked as if they were washed 1,000 times. Get fresh new towels and bedding. The bed was comfortable

Do not stay here! Bed sheets were dirty, towels were stained, no elevator to upper floor. Rooms smelled awful and were so outdated. Do not recommend this hotel. Positive feedback - very close to the airport and the front desk staff was friendly.

Lobby staff was so unprofessional and rude I have never been so mad and I travel a lot. I booked my room through Expedia and there was an error on my reservation and instead of telling me that something happened with Expedia’s end he just went ahead and wanted me to insert my credit card and charge my card. I questioned the transaction and he said expedias payment to them was declined and said you need to call Expedia with an attitude and walked away from the counter. I call Expedia and the hotel guy was standing in a doorway to the lobby playing on his phone and when he sees me he rudely shuts the door on me so I can’t see him. We got the Expedia issue figured out and I get my room key and walk into my room and immediately noticed that the bathroom sink is completely clogged up and there is a huge water damage on the bathroom ceiling that was there for quite some time and it had a bunch of BLACK MOLD. I go back to the front desk and tell the worker about the mold and sink and he grills me if I had messed up the room and if I sat on the bed. I was in the room for 30 sec I told him to come look at it but he wouldn’t so I said do you want me to take pictures then and I showed him pictures. He then gave me another room but when I get to the new room the floor in the room was so rotted and spongy, wavy, and dirty. There was paint peeling on the bathroom wall and on the ceiling. They refused to refund my stay because it was nonrefundable.

Short stay that won't be repeated
We had a delayed flight at Pittsburgh airport, so we decided to stay somewhere close by. Our room was not well maintained or generally clean. Also, the security latch on the door was broken (like the door had been kicked in or pushed in recently) but was not repaired. We wouldn't stay here again.

Clean rooms, good beds but there was a constant smell of smoke in the room. Hardly any staff. Available staff was not very welcoming and also seemed distant. Free breakfast arrangement was below average.
