Sadly won‘t be coming back until upgrades are made
We have stayed at this location before because of the convenient location to the airport and had no complaints in the past, this time the room was dirty, walls were all scuffed up, light switch didn’t work, exhaust in the bathroom was loud, there was a crack in the door that let light and noise in, toilet didn’t flush well. I’ve contacted the hotel about a refund, there was no one working the front desk at checkout to ask.

Seems like they’ve done a little bit of upgrades. We were just in for a weekend trip to Pittsburgh and this place served its purpose. I didn’t feel dirty or dangerous. The breakfast not great but I would still stay there again.

Not impressed with our stay at all. Upon arrival, we noticed that one of the pillows had a dirty pillowcase so we took that off the bed. It was very cold in the room and our heat did not work at all. The breakfast was barely a waffle maker, juice and dry cereal which was not cleaned or stocked. Our room was not cleaned at all during our stay. Then we had an issue with our room card and went to the front desk. We had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come to the desk. There were 3 more people in line behind us and I had to call choice hotels customer service who contacted the manager before anyone came out. This is completely unacceptable.

Pay the extra $50 and go to the Hilton
The building is not wheelchair friendly. They have no elevator, and stairs to the lobby area from the rooms. As a wheelchair user, to get in the lobby/front desk area, i would have to park in the handicapped spot that is on the other side of the building, and roll around to the front entrance from outside, which is very far away. Inside the room: the shower grout is black, but it is a roll-in shower with a small provided shower chair. Theres no counters in the bathroom, and the shampoo and conditioner bottles were broke. The plastic tissue holder was shattered, but still in use. The room itself was very small and my wheelchair barely fit in the only space available to get beside a bed to transfer. I have a particularly small manual wheelchair, so a power wheelchair would not fit, or a chair wider than 22 inches. The air conditioner is very old and just constantly cycled the fan on and off, which was very annoying. No space to put luggage really.
