Pay the extra $50 and go to the Hilton
The building is not wheelchair friendly. They have no elevator, and stairs to the lobby area from the rooms. As a wheelchair user, to get in the lobby/front desk area, i would have to park in the handicapped spot that is on the other side of the building, and roll around to the front entrance from outside, which is very far away. Inside the room: the shower grout is black, but it is a roll-in shower with a small provided shower chair. Theres no counters in the bathroom, and the shampoo and conditioner bottles were broke. The plastic tissue holder was shattered, but still in use. The room itself was very small and my wheelchair barely fit in the only space available to get beside a bed to transfer. I have a particularly small manual wheelchair, so a power wheelchair would not fit, or a chair wider than 22 inches. The air conditioner is very old and just constantly cycled the fan on and off, which was very annoying. No space to put luggage really.

This hotel is very cheap. Stain on the bed cover and the sofa, and also, the general condition of the hotel was poor too, but somewhat ok. The breakfast is also not that good.

Bed sheets and pillows were all stained yellow. The headboards were dirty with grease (do those ever get cleaned?). The bathtub was also stained yellow. I only stayed one night so we did not even bother using the shower. Not very many options for breakfast either. We only needed a place to sleep and I was not trying to pay 200 for one nights sleep.

We just needed a place to lay our heads for the night and didn’t want to pay $200 to do so. There is nothing overly great or fancy about this hotel. That being said, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and quiet (except for the nearby airport), and we felt safe. If you are looking for a nice pool and fancy breakfast, this is not for you. But if you’re just passing through or just looking for the basics, this hotel was surprisingly great for that.
