The first non balcony room wasn't good as the sink was clogged, flush button was stiff and the TV control was a bit laggy. The upgraded balcony room was much better and nicer. No issues.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 night stay . My room was exceptionally clean and larger than what I was expecting, having been warned that many hotel rooms in Singapore are very small. The staff were exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to assist me. I look forward to staying there for a lot longer on my return trip.

Convenient with welcoming extra-helpful staff.
We stayed in this hotel for three nights to break up a long flight journey. Our twin room was on the small size, but this is to be expected at the reasonable price point in a very densely populated city. The staff members were all very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Check out was at mid-day which is late in comparison to many hotels and after checking out, we were able to leave our baggage in a secure area while we enjoyed the rest of the day exploring the city further. On our return later in the day, we were even permitted to use the roof top pool showers and hotel towels to freshen up before departing for the airport to catch our late evening onward flight. The hotel is near many bus routes and a couple of MRT stations, so it was easy to explore several parts of the city by the very frequent buses and trains. There are also plenty of food stalls, restaurants and mini supermarkets nearby as well as ATM machines. All in all it was a handy and comfortable place to stay.
