This hotel definitely needs a facelift! This was the worst downtown room I have ever stayed into my entire life! It was so dirty! It smelled like mold The sheets and bathroom were filthy! Do not stay!

Really fun part of town. We walked over to the Pirates game and there was a Pitt football game so lots of fans coming going through the park.

Overall this was a great hotel. It was conveniently located close to everything we wanted to see and do. It was clean and the staff where good. The room itself was clean however there was no safe in the room and the sliding door on the bathroom was broken and required effort to operate. We had to plan ahead The valet parling attendents were friendly but at times we had to wait more than 15 minutes for the car.

Lots of noise late at night. No effort on the part of hotel staff to mitigate the disruptive and loud behavior of other guests, even when asked to do so. Very disappointed, especially given the rates charged. The management needs to pay closer attention to their paying guests who seek a comfortable and safe environment rather than those who party and carry on late at night in a loud and raucous manner and ruin the experience of others. I will never return to this property. If you enjoy paying a very high rate and having loud drunk guests next door and an unresponsive hotel management, this is the property for you.

At 1:30 AM, couple next door were arguing in very loud voices using profanities. I called the front desk twice to report the situation. After 45 minutes, I went downstairs and pleaded with the staff to please do something about this. It was loud and we couldn't sleep. They said they would but never actually came to our floor to investigate. The management of this property refused to intervene while several guests suffered through this loud and atrocious incident. Guests who act out like this should be told to stop or be removed from the property. The management of this hotel refused to intervene on behalf of several guests who had to endure this horrendous situation. The next morning, the Wyndham representative apologized but would not have a manager come to talk to me. They were "too busy". I will never stay at this property again. Especially when the management makes no effort to investigate and remedy unacceptable situations such as this.

Things that were good :The lobby was very nice and checkout is at noon. Staff was inattentive. Parking was very expensive for the cost of the stay. The rooms are very outdated and had a strange odor. They did not sell any snacks or Tylenol at the desk and the cvs machine in their lobby was broken.
