It was all very nice: excellent staff, clean room, etc. I was NOT happy about the tagged-on $75/night fee for amenities that is supposed to be refunded at checkout. Really makes me nervous

We had a problem with servicing our room but it was quickly corrected with a smile. I was not told of the “resort fee” when I signed in and was told my card would only be charged for incidentals. Expedia needs to show all fees at the time of booking allowing customers to take them in account when beefing before the reservation is charged and the customer can take them into account.

The stay was very good other than pretty slow food service at the bar and the item we had was ok but not excellent. They were busy but I thought the artichoke dip would be a quick item. Otherwise all was great.
