Admittedly, the place doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the owner is very kind and prompt. And the room, though a little bland was perfect for our needs. It was clean, there were no smells, andit was orderly. The bathroom was perfect and everything we could need was available. They have USB outlets near the bed, cable, television, and plenty of clean towels. In the morning is a continental breakfast with fresh fruits and pastries, fresh coffee, and again the post came out to greet us and was very nice and pleasant. For about half the cost of the other places in the area that I checked, next time I’m in the area I will definitely look to stay here first. Great value!

Yes, the breakfast was fresh, and healthful, which I appreciated...I stayed overnight in January 2026 with frigid temperatures and the Willows heat system kept the room warm and comfortable...I would recommend The Willows to anyone needing to stop overnight in the North Adams/Williamstown MA area...it is convenient and comfortable....

I called when I got there at 1:00 a.m. in the morning and he picked up right away he said sure come on in. I went into the office very nice man greeted me gave me to water bottles told me what room I was said I had already turned the heat on and the lights you ready to go if you need anything call me very nice name very easy nice checkin. The continental breakfast was amazing in the morning they had all fresh fruit laid out in separate trees that were strawberries and blackberries and raspberries and blueberries. They had walnuts and almonds all organic very clean, cereals off to the side and fresh coffee very lovely. The room was great, very cozy and warm to go into because it was 19° out. So it was amazing to walk into a warm room. The room had a fridge and micro. For such an inexpensive price of room and the stay was absolutely amazing!!!😊👍

We did not have the breakfast. Our family had us for brunch every day. When I was checking out they had fresh fruit, muffins coffee, juice and other items. When we checked in our room was on the second floor. I’m 74 and can’t go up stairs because of my knees. We had ordered 2 queen beds. They had a room on the first floor with 2 double beds. That wouldn’t work for us as my daughter and me were sleeping in one bed my son in the other. They offered us another room for free with a queen bed for one night. After that a reduced rate. They were very accommodating. Staff very friendly. If we go back to visit we would stay there again.

Paul, the proprietor, was exceedingly welcoming and helpful. The room was on the cozy side but appears to have been recently redone and was immaculate. Very comfortable bed. Large, high quality television with cable package. A wide variety of fresh fruit on offer for breakfast in addition to the expected bagels etc. A great stay for the price!

Honestly, the owners and staff are so hands on and courteous. My husband’s coat got soaked by a leaking water bottle on our drive here. They kindly dried it for us. So incredibly accommodating. Also, the continental breakfast was a perfect breakfast for us.

The room was spotless and spacious. Bathroom clean and lots of hot water. Shower comfortable (would have liked a hair dryer, but I managed). Bed comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding, lots of fresh fruit, cereal choices, baked goods choices. Staff was courteous and informative. Well worth the modest cost. Have stayed at places 3x the cost that weren't nearly as nice and accommodating!
