Need some renovation good carpet cleaning. Breakfast was very minimal not a lot of stuff neither variety. Room was spacias. The only very good point its near e everything. Restaurants shopping mall daz station highway. Pool was clise all weekend. Arcades were malfonctionning. Some fitness equipment were broken

Property was 9n decent condition. The pool was not available all weekend I wish they would have advised us before our arrival so that we could have changed hotel. We have a 12 year old that was very dissapointed in tgis weekend. Breakfast was very basic but met our needs.

This hotel needs to be refreshed. It has stains everywhere and is old. Staff at the front desk don't seem to care. We chose this hotel for the pool but upon arrival found out it was closed. Neighbour's in front where having a party past 1am with their door open. Spend a couple of extra bucks at a nicer hotel. Best thing about it was the location, walking distance to everything!

We were told there was breakfast, but there was only coffee. While the property was clean, the upkeep/maintenance could be better. Wallpaper lifting in bathroom, sloppy paint. Just looks very tired.

The first room I was given had garbage that was not removed. So the room had an odor. There were dirty towels that had not been removed and a bed that had not been made. I was moved to another room, but could not regulate the thermostat in that room. Even though I had switched to heat cool air was coming out of the unit. So I just unplugged the unit. Also, the pool was not open. All in all, I was not happy with my stay and will be looking elsewhere when booking again.

The room looked as though it wasnt cleaned at all, other than the blankets being laundered (which is the only reason I did not leave this hotel). There were visible stains on the headboards that could have been easily cleaned off is someone had just tried to clean and not ignore them, every piece of furniture in the room had stains on it, the box springs are stained and have tears in them, and to top it off...not one there hand sanitizer stations had any sanitizer in them! Very dirty place and in need of many repairs. With a little money spent by the company that owns this hotel, a lot of the issues coukd be resolved, and make this a nice hotel again. That all said, the staff working the desk was very pleasant. That's the only positive of this hotel.
