This property was hard to see because of the construction curtain hiding the sign. In my handicapped room, the position of the sink and the magnification mirror (probably works for makeup) made it unnecessarily difficult to shave. Also it was impossible to keep water from the walk-in shower off the bathroom floor and the liquid soaps and shampoos were hard to use. More importantly, the clerk who didn’t give me a paper receipt and said it would be emailed, didn’t check to be sure he had my email, I didn’t receive the receipt, no one checked for my HHonors #, and the pending charges on my credit card were approximately double what they should have been and finding the direct number of the property was extraordinarily difficult. When I finally reached the duty manager, things SEEM to have been resolved. I will wait to see the extra charges on my credit card reversed before breathing a sigh of relief. All told, NOT customer friendly.
