I liked that it’s easily walkable to the beach and everything. the staff is super nice and friendly. The only cons we’re not getting fresh towels everyday and jacuzzi inside the room was hard to get in & out.

Pavel the bartender is the absolute best!!! His drinks are so yummy and he is so nice to hang out with and be around. The nightlife is very loud and we heard the music very loud from our room , which made it hard to sleep. Otherwise it was a great experience!

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The hot tub, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, pool on the roof, and room service were all excellent, contributing to a comfortable and enjoyable experience. However, there are a few things to keep in mind: - The area can be quite noisy, with loud music playing until 3 AM in the surrounding area. - The hotel's overall atmosphere and amenities feel somewhat dated and could benefit from a refresh. - Some minor amenities, such as tea bags and tablets for the washing machine, were not provided in the room. Despite these drawbacks, considering the nice price, it still offers a great value for the money.

Great hotel!!! Noisy from the clubs nearby at night but the property grounds and rooms are great!! Great staff at the Yum Yum Fusion restaurant! Isacc was a great waiter. Bartender at the hotel was awesome too. Will definitely visit again.

Pros - convenient location, staffs are nice and friendly, garage parking available Cons - lack of towels, no microwave, no coffee maker or water boiler to make hot water, and it’s very noisy. Hotel is located on 10th ave, supposed to be less noisy since it’s 1 block away from 5th ave with all main bars and restaurants, but unfortunately there’s a bar right next to hotel playing loud music until 3am Room 302 - balcony doors can’t be locked or fully closed so can hear music from a bar next building all night even with ear plugs, also can hear and feel like you are under water if ppl use jacuzzi which is right above the room, shower door not fully closed so water leaking Hotel is in pretty convenient location but recommended for ppl who coming for party, not for families with young kids or ppl who wants to sleep

I would come back there with more friends
Very lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Super clean but noisy. One thing that bothered me was we had to leave the property every time the room service wanted to clean and they’re not always on time. But overall it’s convenient. Very close to 5th avenue. 3-4 min walk to the beach. And 15 minutes walk if you wanna take a ferry to Cozumel. The shuttle service is really good and cheaper than everywhere else.

This property delivers, the pictures you see online is the real thing. Very comfortable and spacious rooms, the rooftop terrace pool is very nice. The basement parking is convenient but is very very tight spaces to enter and park. However, if you are not a nervous driver you can park fine. The message spa was so so. Both my wife and I didn’t feel the message was truly relaxing. We opted for a Swedish message but it felt More like a rub than a massage. There is a night club around the corner of the hotel that’s very loud. We slept fine but if you are a light sleeper I don’t recommend it. The restaurant in the same building Yum Yum, very good

Everyone was so nice. The hotel was clean and in a nice area close to everything. We did receive our complementary wine but didn't use the drink credit because the bar was closed on Sunday. Overall, our experience was awesome and we would recommend this hotel!

A must stay hotel
My partner and I stayed at Antera Hotel for 5 days. Our experience was wonderful. It was beautiful, clean and was located less than 2 mins walk from the beach. We also got the package with breakfast included and the breakfast was served by "Yum Yum" and it had good selection of food to pick from and very tasty! We also rented a car and the parking was available for free and extremely convenient! 10/10 experience with the hotel room itself with amazing staff especially front desk - Ivan! Would definitely book to stay here again when we are in Playa Del Carmen!
