Very nice pleasant atmosphere... Not too crowded although wish there were more entertainment options after 11pm.....even as far as s DJ, and nightclub on the resort or dj at the pool.... would definitely revisit the stay here!

Hotel was overall clean and staff was friendly. Everything was maintained nicely. What I didn’t realize was that it was a timeshare and most of the people staying were members. As a result, there were not many food options. There were two restaurants which were extremely difficult to make a reservation for and then they upcharged you for everything on the menu, despite having the all inclusive option. Was very disappointed with the meal at the restaurant. The buffet was also a huge disappointment. I’ve been several all inclusives and this was by far the least desirable and smallest buffet. The beach was a disappointment- and feel the property should have disclosed the condition. It was essentially unusable - and going in the water was impossible. Several years ago a hurricane came through and it was never repaired. There were tree stumps still all over the place and they didn’t even have all the umbrellas standing up or the chairs - it was a bit disappointing too considering our room had ocean views and we saw a disorganized beach. I could understand if something had recently come through, but it had been in this condition for quite a while. Overall my family enjoyed our time but wouldn’t go back due to the lack of food options, the fact that it was a member timeshare resort and conditions of the beach.

The resort was amazing and the staff was so helpful. The food was so good! The only thing I didn't like was that our concierge was pressuring us to go to a time share presentation and because we didn't go he didn't help us out our entire stay. All we wanted to do was enjoy our time unbothered.

It was a great experience. Resort is very clean. Amenities are great. Nice and cozy pools. Stuffs are ok in the restaurant. Food options are ok. I request them for a little late checkout till 1:00pm due to my flight but they said I only can stay there till 12:00pm. Basically I didn’t get any VIP access treat except $50 dollars credit. Overall it was a nice vacation with my family.

Even though its all inclusive, everything has extra costs. You want your child at kids club ? Pay extra for activities. You someone who smokes ? Walk to a secluded cheap smoking area with 2 chairs. You want proper dining? Eat at the same buffet every day and get a chance to reserve a spot at 1 other restaurant for 1 time out of the week. You want room service? Wait 3 hours . You want a vacation, go elsewhere.
