I want to thank the front desk staff for being so kind and helpful. I had booked a room that I needed to take the elevator to get but I dont lije elevators so without a second thought they changed my room to the ground floor. They totally wanted to make sure I felt welcomed and safe.

I stayed two days instead of one
We drive back to stay a second day. Front desk service was wonderful. Lobby nice. Rooms good for the price. Air conditioner and in room refrigerators were extremely loud and I had to turn off to sleep.

Nice property, but the rooms need a bit of an upgrade—everything seemed a bit worn. The tub/shower was very slow to drain and there was black mold in the corner. On a better note, the staff was excellent! Professional yet very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. I do recommend staying there. Just needs a bit of a boost.

The front desk works were sorta rude. My reservations was a gift paid for by a family member and I was told they had to make sure I had money in order to stay so they took 75 dollars from my checking not telling me that they where gonna take 75 dollars and it bouncing my account. The staff pretty much made me and my boyfriend feel like money makes a person and how dare we be there. The random stranger were kinder just walking by saying hello. The room was clean though the pillows blankets all great very nice clean motel with a lot of nice features. I just think they could have had Better people as staff. Nobody she be defined by size color race religion or financial status. To me that is cruel and ignorant. Sorry not sorry I’m being honest. They guest where kind and friendly though 😊

Great hotel with a great vibe. Lots of personality. Great location in San Rafael for quick access to pretty much anything. Beautiful courtyard, pool and hot tub area. Nice seating outside for socializing. The restaurant bar was very chill, solid food with a good mix of seating options for groups and/or solo travelers. All the staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean and cozy. Highly recommended spot, even more so for the reasonable price compared with other local options. I hope to be back!

Love this option to downtown SF. If you have a rental car--this nice venue with lovely pool area is a great option. And better weather! Groceries/mall area adjunct to the property is convenient. Used to live in SF and travel for business often. This is my new go-to.

Reception was wonderful, we arrived late and were given a room on floor 0. It felt like being in a basement, room was very worn and dated. The shower head came to my nose and I am 5’5”. Several elevators did not even go to floor 0 and you had to walk quite a ways with luggage to get to the room. I would stay there again, just not on this floor. The breakfast was exceptional, pool and jacuzzi area looked very tranquil.

Overall, a nice property. I especially liked the gym, pool and dining areas. It was clean, safe and walkable to a nearby strip mall with dining and shopping options. I didn't like the loud air conditioner that kept turning on and off every few minutes. Also, the TV advertised free Max, but it didn't work.
