This is our go to place multiple times of the year. We like the building, staff are professional and good... Dinner is good at a very reasonable price. A bit disappointed in the water pressure in the shower... The breakfast is something we won't get again... We will continue to use this place.

Only complaint was that someone did not see to getting the luggage carts returned from previous guests to the lobby. We had to make several trips to bring our luggage up to the 3rd floor!

Favorite hotel to stay when visiting Massachusetts
4th time staying here. It was amazing as always! Love the workout/ basketball rooms and pool tables. The indoor hot tub and pool were especially refreshing during the cold weather in November.

The restaurant and bar were closed which we didn’t know in advance and had been looking forward to a nightcap. The remote for the TV didn’t work which was frustrating. It also felt like everyone staying there was crammed into the same wing. (And kept slamming their doors.) BUT. The property is beautiful. Repurposed and full of history. The room was lovely. The staff were attentive and polite. It felt upscale at a reasonable price. We definitely want to return when everything is open.
