The property itself was fine, but there was water damage from a currently active leak in the room above, hearing loud dripping noises all night. Also, the property was near active train crossing, hearing the horns at all hours. The staff was mixed in their training and knowledge, with people at check-in telling me I could get a receipt from the hotel at check-out showing a zero balance and the staff at check-out saying they couldn’t do it.

I love staying here when I’m passing through the area. I value the comfort of being able to prepare food for myself, as well as the laundry, while I’m traveling. This location is close to all my favorite shopping and eating places. It’s private, quiet and the staff is always super courteous and helpful!

What's that smell?
The room was dated and smelled like body odor. Looks like an hourly hotel. I ended up leaving after about 30 minutes and drove 3 1/2 hours home. I am assuming they pay people to gove them good ratings.

It is the second time I stay at this property, it is very convenient for restaurants and HWY access because I travel for business and drive a lot around. I felt safe and room have kitchen for longer stays ( not on my case) bedroom comfy, good toiletries. Easy to park. Little market at lobby for snacks, water and coffee.

Inhave been going here the past few years on business and not fun when you buy food to cook and the front desk has to find a frying pan. This last stay i had to buy my own becuase they did not have any to spare...there should be one in each room. It cost me $25 in cosco for a ceramic pan. Maybe management should buy a few and make sure each room has one. After working 14 hours this was the last thing i wantedd to deal with.

Recliner in room was broken. Had to shoulder door hard to open and slam to shut so door would lock. Brought up to front desk after first night, was pretty much shrugged off. Terence was very polite and accommodating at desk but other help acted like it was a bother. We travel a lot, was told to turn on ice machine in room second night to get ice so about 2 in the morning ice started coming after we were asleep. Water made loud noise until turned to shower, train is loud but not bothersome for us, we did not hear Costco traffic like other people commented.

Previously stayed in room 343. That was good. This time I got room 342. Bed was super hard and you could feel and hear springs from just rolling over, trying to get comfortable. This room faced the road also. So it was noisy in the morning. Lastly, the sofa bed was horrible. Tried it to see if it would be kinder on my back then the bed. Nope, much worse.
