Good for our needs
Great suite layout to allow family to visit with us. Clean beds and room, no weird “hotel” smell. Some minor repairs needed, ie closet door didn’t close properly, bathroom door dragged on floor, piece of trim on wall corner was very loose, bedframe was very squeaky. The main concern was how poorly insulated rooms are in terms of noise. Plus easily hear people talking in hall and footsteps in surrounding rooms. In general though it was a good stay and the staff were so friendly and helpful.

Horrible stay! Kids hockey teams stayed there yelling and running and screaming up the halls until 1:00am!!! Woke up to the room above us using my ceiling as their trampoline!!! When checking out, they didn’t even ask how my stay was! They didn’t say thank you, they didn’t say anything!!!! Extremely poor service and I would not go back!!!!

Staff was very helpful at check in. They even allowed a late check out upon request. Groups gathered in the lobby so noise in halls was kept down. They had several groups staying during my stay. Beds were comfortable and room clean.
