Arrived to a room that stunk like cigarette smoke, with an ashtray and a "No Smoking" sign. No toilet paper, no tissues. Asked front desk if it was a nonsmoking room and was told it was. Clearly, it had been smoked in many times as the stench was in the blankets (which we did not use) and the curtains. The bed was very uncomfortable and had a plastic sheet under the fitted sheet so every time you move, it wakes you up. (I hesitate to say why they need the plastic sheet.) Woke up with a terrible back ache that took a lot of Advil to be able to drive the next day.
On the bright side, the young man at the front desk was really nice, polite and helpful.
