I wasn’t pleased with my stay. I Actually felt discriminated against. I was checking out early to bring my daughter to college here and we wanted to eat breakfast early. The breakfast was suppose to start at 7 am but started at 7:20 I was leaving at 7:30 am. I went to the breakfast buffet and was told to wait it had to be checked. This also happened to another Black couple. But when the White people walked up they wasn’t asked anything and wasn’t denied access. I would like to speak with someone about complaints and report this. I paid for the breakfast package with my room.

The room was dirty. The pool and the pool area was dirty and smells. Keys never worked. You have to go to front desk for your own towels. NEVER AGAIN. (I have pictures)

Must stay at the Hilton was awful on my first day. I was over a dirty room on my second day. There was a fire alarm that nobody knew about and then they just told us to go back to our room. No apologies no nothing oh my third day there was no television cable no Internet no nothing for the whole day and they had no explanation, I stayed to many times and this is the worst experience ever

The staff was great. The air was out in the dining and lobby area. It was barely working in my hotel room. Kinda disappointed in the fact that the bar lounge are was closed except for on day. Went to go soak in the hot tub on Saturday night turned it on and before my husband and I could get it the group of kids in the pool just jumped into the hot tub. Subsequently my husband and I couldn’t use it. Also the was no towels and dirty towels all around the pool area. I was there for three nights four days, and had I not gone and found a housekeeper we would never had clean towels. Because no housekeeper came in our room the whole time we were there. So no trash was taken out and no fresh towels. According to sight rules they would come every other day but did not. I love this hotel it is where I always stay when I’m Jackson but I have to say I really don’t enjoy my stay this time around.

Staff was luke warm. Except the valet employees. They were friendly and provided prompt service. Lobby was hot and breakfast lacking. There was a pile of trash and dirty sheets outside our door. Thought they were left while another room was being cleaned. Nope, they were still there the next morning. I doubt we will stay at this hotel again and would not recommend.

You have to park off property at your own risk. The building gives you a feeling of being in a hospital from the 30s or 40s. There was no apparent area for loading and unloading luggage.
