We traveled to Plattsburgh to spend holidays with family. The house was conveniently located. Highlights include great kitchen, dining room and family room.

Very nice quiet cabin located right on a small river. Very close to the trails. It snowed while we were there which is no big deal. Instead of the trails we went to the village and mall to just walk around both were close by and the art museum. So was easy to adjust plans due to the weather.

Our family (4 of us) meet each Christmas in Port Kent as our son has a farm closeby on Mace Chasm road. This is our 2nd year in a row and we want to rent it next Christmas. Only problem is that there was no water-hot or cold in the kitchen. Pipes frozen. Water-hot and cold in rest of the house. Pipes need thermal tape. We were told that this often happens. This place was very nice and relaxing which is what we are always looking for. We love the small town vibes especially!

The house was amazing. Stayed the weekend to do college visits with my daughter. The house had everything we needed and more. The house was so clean, beds comfy and the hot tub was an amazing way to just relax and enjoy the beautiful views of lake Champlain. Kitchen was stocked great for any meals we made. Jon stopped by to check in and make sure we had everything we needed, his kids made pictures for my daughter and I- so thoughtful. Would love to come back in the warmer months to kayak and swim etc. Thanks Jon and Sergio- your place is amazing!

Jon is wonderful! Very helpful and kind. The place was exactly what we needed. The house is very clean and well organized. The view is breathtakingly gorgeous. The leaves were still on the trees! The hot tub is a nice touch. We will definitely we back! Thank you for a great stay
