Floor Plan: Ground Floor - covered parking, sunning deck, fish cleaning station, outdoor shower, half bath, ping pong table, and washer/dryer. First Floor - Living Area - section sofa, TV, half bath, a built-in bunk set for hanging out; Kitchen - gas appliances, island bar; Dining Area - large dining table for 8; half bath, laundry room with a second washer/dryer, and access to sun deck. Second Floor - Master Bedroom 1 - king bed, TV, walk-in closet, large walk-in shower, free standing tub, and access to private gulf front balcony; Master Bedroom 2 - king bed, TV, walk-in closet, shower, and access to private gulf front balcony; Bunk Room - eight built-in bunks each with their own reading light, separate bathroom/sink and shower.

Few steps to the Beach with a GREAT VIEW
The home is nicely done. The kitchen was what we were interested in since we do a lot of cooking and it did not disappoint. The views from the house are amazing. The only issue is the hot water heaters in the baths. They go cold within 3 minutes and come back on 3-4 minutes later....that needs to be addressed asap. The elevator makes a strange noise every thirty minutes but I sleep with a noise maker so couldn't hear it but everyone else did. Other than those two issues, I would stay here again and again.

Great House / Great Stay
The house was actually much better than we anticipated based on the photos. The house itself is fantastic and we would stay here again for sure. The house is directly on the beach (as close as you can get) and the view is spectacular. The house felt like a new build, although I suspect it was a nice remodel in the past couple of years. We subtracted 1 star because there were some minor issues - that I believe the owner is trying to resolve. These are small issues that I wouldn't let detract from you renting this house. The TV in the living room was awful (I know you don't come to the beach to watch TV). It had a blue hue, and the quality of the installation (wires, etc) didn't match the house. There were other furnishings that are time to replace (chair in living room, refrigerator, etc). Its clear they had a water leak in the upstairs bathrooms. They seem to have fixed the issue, but need to complete the re-painting of the ceiling so the repairs match the color of the paint. We were partially bummed the house didn't have a private pool but were excited to see there was a community pool just a 30 second walk from the house - but it wasn't working while we were there. It looked like they were having issues with the pump. We come to Cape because the beaches are awesome with few people. This section of the beach was a little busy (this house is in a small subdivision). Busy for Cape being 30 people on this section of beach - still much better than a condo.

AMAZING
The house was AMAZING!! I travel quite a bit .. You will not be disappointed in your house nor location to the beach Literally got everything I needed two streets away at Cape Trading Post for simple groceries and supplies .. We journeyed in to Port St Joe’s for a day off beach with cute boutiques and great mexican ! I will definitely rent again
