Is OK for one night. Nothing Special. Great Locati
It was nice. The lady at the front desk told us that they had room service and in the morning when we were anted to order breakfast it turned out that they did not. The breakfast buffet is VERY basic. The view of the room was nice and the room was big. The AC did not work great.

Great hotel
Great stay, almost perfect but not a great family hotel. Toilets are split seats so hard for a potty training kiddo. Swimming area also was more for lap swimming then family playing.

Needs updating
Great location but expensive for the hotel class. Staff very nice but seemed inexperienced. No fitness facility which is odd for the size of hotel. Just a few free weights in a small room on the bottom floor. Hotel in need of renovation. Downstairs had flooded. Convenient free shuttle to local points and airport.

Relatively good value for money compared to other hotels in the area. Clearly understaffed. Spent three nights there and the room was not serviced once. Had that chain hotel disinfectant smell. Room was spacious. Staff was friendly.

Great family weekend stay
Staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. The shuttle was a huge bonus, we were in town for a concert and it was so nice not to have to pay to park. The pool was clean and my kids had a blast swimming. The only down side was some slight repairs needed in common areas and the gym was really small with only one bench. I would definitely stay again.

Great except parking garage.
Everything was great except the parking garage. It was filthy and scary. Wobbly stairs no elevator. I would give the hotel 5 stars if I didn’t have to park in the scary nasty garage. Everything else was good.

My first impression was with the girl at the front desk! I wish i got her namr but she had dark hair & tattoos & her customer service was impeccable! She answered all of my questions and made the check in process smooth & efficient! The next morning she was there again with a helpful, positive attitude & outstanding customer service. The other great experience i had was with the shuttle driver's, they were happy, knowledgable & willing to help at all times. I never had to wait, we were picked up and dropped off at different places at least 3 times which saved us a couple 100$ on parking throughout portland ! EVERYTHING in portland is pay to park so i highly reccomend their shuttle service! & our room had an amazing view of the bay!
