Great location for a family and very walkable. Breakfast had lots of options for everyone. Room wasn’t as clean as most Hyatt locations and the pool is much smaller than it seems in pictures.

Very nice rooms, good breakfast, staff and outdoor area. The pool is older and the parking is extremely expensive so we used a lot down the street.

The hotel room was clean and spacious (1 BR suite). The kitchenette also had dishes and utensils, which came in handy. The breakfast buffet included was good. Staff were attentive. The valet service was expensive at $49/night and at times took long so plan accordingly. The hotel is close to the waterfront. Convenient stores or drug stores were a walk/drive away. Overall, nice hotel. will stay again if in the area.

Great in city Location
I went to Portland to met friends from Florida who were staying there while vacationing in the Pacific Northwest.. I did not know where to stay, so I got a room in the same place they were staying. It was such a nice hotel in a good location! Staff was friendly and helpful.

Really impressive property and rooms. Common areas could use more attention from cleaners. We found hair in the bathroom upon check in which would normally be a deal breaker but the room was so impressive we decided not to make a big deal out of it. Very expensive valet parking. Breakfast was good. Overall would recommend and would visit again.
