Nice, but short, stay!
Very short stay—in fact, it would have been nice to have spent a little more time at such a beautiful hotel. We got there and checked in, then went to a concert, got back to the hotel and slept, then were on our way early the next morning, so we did not have time to enjoy the ambience or amenities.

Excellent and seamless customer service, with the front desk, market, restaurant, housekeeping, etc. I could live there. And I loved my comfy and clean room, and that light rail was nearby.

Property was amazing but they didn't clean our room. I was told that we declined the service but we didn't. Also one panel fell off under the desk while my daughter was using the desk. That was not safe.

If only the bed was more firm…
The room was very nice and nicely appointed. Our problem was the bed was entirely too soft for either of us to be comfortable enough to get decent sleep. If you’re good with a soft bed, the hotel itself is lovely and staff is pleasant and efficient.

Amazing Hotel!!!
This hotel was an amazing value!!!! Phenomenal service, excellent location, and clean, spacious, modern rooms at an even more amazing price!!! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was appointed beautifully! Employees and staff were kind, hard-working, and very pleasant and helpful!!! I highly recommend this hotel!!!

Beautiful hotel & walking distance to the moda center. Rooms were clean but small, nice decore, big tv & friendly staff. Happy i was able to upgrade to the top floor & with a river view (cost $35) Didn't like i had to pay for parking which is not connected to the hotel but close by. Self parking is $35 per night & $45 with valet. Paid for the convenience and location.
