Loved staying in this hotel and want to return it had so much character. Ideally located for exploring Porto. All of the staff were lovely, especially Jorge on reception. Our room was modern, very clean with good Aircon. Breakfast was amazing, would highly recommend

The hotel is stunning what looks like an old castle , everything is kept so clean and the rooms are so spacious ! Breakfast is sooo good lots of choices cereal croissants lovely breads bacon eggs mushrooms fresh tomatoes cheeses and hams and lots of cake and pastries! We had a time slot each day which keeps the dining area less busy week organised !everyone was sooo friendly as well ! We would def recommend and go back again one day

This was such a beautiful property with most of the rooms in buildings surrounding a large castle like main building. Given that we were in an urban area, our room was totally quiet which was great . The main building where breakfast was served was gorgeously decorated and made the breakfast that much more special. While the hotel location is slightly away from the main tourist areas, it was very walkable for us to get to areas with more shopping and restaurants and tourist attractions We really loved our stay at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone staying in Porto.

By far the best hotel we stayed in our European vacation. Pedro at reception was very friendly and helpful and provided a lot of info for the hotel and area. Breakfast dinning room was so fancy, glamorous and beautiful. Rooms were very modern and new and also very spacious, we really felt we were in a castle, we all were very happy we finished our vacation in this hotel and in style.

The historical hotel is beautiful. It is well preserved and cared for. The room was comfortable, great bed, bathroom was modern and very clean with excellent water pressure. Delicious breakfast in a historical area. My only issue it was a longer walk to the main square and restaurants then expected. That is not something you can change, but just helpful for tourists to know. Wonderful place.
