Pagoda is old & dingy, room has a feel of dampness, lights are dim due to old dusty shades.
We can disregard the poor maintanance, but service was bad. When we checked in and rolled in our luggage, one counter staff attended to us, the other one quickly walked away (3 May, ard 7+pm). When I asked for help, he conveniently said we are shorthanded, my colleague is taking a break! He was politely, always politely saying no to your ask for help. We had to trolley our luggage ourselves & one of my friends was unwell. When she ordered room service, she was slapped with some fee of AUD6.50 to take the food to the room, she was not told beforehand.
Balcony was dirty and the chambermaid never came back even though we told her to come back later to make up the room.
The corridor was dark and full of clutter, so was the car park.
The only 1 good thing about this place is its proximity to part of the Swan River that has a spectacular view.
