The ideal place in Southern Bahia
This amazing colonial house, carefully decorated , dpacious rooms and bathrooms, a wonderful swimming pool overlooking the ocean, with a tropical garden and, most importsnt, adorable owners who do everything to make the stay even more enjoyable. I couldn't imagine a better place for staying in Bahia.

Wonderful !
We were delighted to find this small but beautiful hotel. The evening meals were the highlight of our stay, it was like dining in a 5* restaurant. The garden and pool area were lovely and the views over the ocean were stunning. We left feeling really relaxed and so pleased to have found this little gem.

A luxurious retreat
We enjoyed a 4 night stay before Christmas en route to Trancoso, and were really quite sad to move on! The pousada is elaborately furnished with grandiose antiques and colonial pieces of art, and very luxurious. The location is away from the town and above a really great beach meaning it is in a very quiet and peaceful setting. With only a few rooms, there is always a real sense of having your own private villa with your own private pool. The hosts are very welcoming and accommodating, and it was a pleasure to be part of their house for a very relaxing few days.

A few days in paradise...
If you're tired of all the overpriced hotels along the Brazilian coast that promise the world in their adds and deliver just enough to keep you from instantly leaving, then the Casa Grande might just be the perfect place for you as well: We (couple around 30) stayed there for three nights and wish we could have stayed forever. The house was built a couple of years ago in the style of a Portugese colonial Villa and the owners made sure that every detail is perfect. It is a rather small place (6 rooms) and the owners make you feel right at home from the very moment you enter the huge entry hall. They cook marvellous food, make sensational caipirinhas and have a decent selection of wine (one of the owners is French...). And all this at an unmatched price/performance ratio. Before we arrived we were a bit skeptical as this hotel isn't right at the beach (there is a 500m path that takes you there). But once we were there we quite enjoyed being able to sunbathe until the beach was in the shade, hike back up and enjoy 2 more hours of sun at the pool. This was the nicest place we stayed in a long time and we highly recommend anyone to go there!

A estadia nesse local superou as expectativas. Os donos (Vicente e Henrique) são muito amáveis e te tratam com muito respeito e carinho. O café da manhã, petiscos e almoço são bem gostosos. A piscina é incrível. Super recomendo este lugar para quem quer sossego, paz e tranquilidade.

Hotel necessitando de manutenção urgente. Infiltrações na varanda, válvula de descarga quebrada, que o gerente definiu como detalhe, área externa mal cuidada. Não foi o que esperava. Não voltaria a me hospedar no local.

Charme e conforto com vista para o mar!!!
O hotel é incrivelmente charmoso! O casarão, decorado com bom gosto, oferece um ambiente muito agradável e confortável! A vista do mar, tanto da sacada, como da piscina, foi um espetáculo à parte, principalmente nas noites de lua cheia! O café da manhã é variado e bem servido. É possível fazer as refeições no hotel. O jantar à luz de velas, regado com um bom vinho foi delicioso! Os proprietários, bem como toda sua equipe foram muito simpáticos e atenciosos! Foi uma estadia maravilhosa!

Hotel praiano com boa relação custo-benefício.
Adorei o local, os donos do estabelecimento ( que fazem questão de ser simpáticos, atenciosos e prestativos), o staff (o gerente Nilton e os demais, como Lia e Leonardo) e o hotel (muito bem decorado, com uma piscina maravilhosa e a 5 minutos de caminhada para a praia). A cozinha atende bem, com pratos que lembram a culinária portuguesa, francesa (devido à origem dos donos) e baiana. Muito boa relação custo-benefício. Também fica perto do centro de Arraial, distante 20 minutos de caminhada. Dispense o taxi se você gosta de caminhar. Também é possível alugar um carro para ir a Trancoso e praias vizinhas. Tudo de bom, recomendo.

A pousada, apesar de poucos quartos, não tem nada de pequena! Lugar sensacional remete a uma mansão colonial porém com todo conforto de um ambiente moderno. A recepcionalidade dos donos (Vicente e Henrique) é incrível não ha mais o que eles possam fazer para agradar, isso sem contar as excelentes funcionárias sempre muito gentís, a comida é sempre muito gostosa com cardápio variado. Fica em um lugar um pouco afastado mas sem menor dificuldade de acesso, e o fato de serem apenas 6 apartamentos dá um ar de exclusividade e total tranquilidade! O quarto é extremamente confortável e aconchegante, e o ponto alto é a piscina num deck sobre as falesias do Parracho com borda infinita! Enfim, ancioso para voltar,

Hotel muito bom, com um lindo terreno e piscina, além das instalações excelentes e de muito bom gosto. Faz com que o hospede se sinta em casa. Deixou um pouco a desejar o café da manhã, que é dito que não tem horário mas quando chegamos,e ainda era cedo já não tinha nada praticamente...

O hotel e seu proprietário primam pela qualidade no trato e respeito aos hóspedes. Conquistam com muita hospitalidade e cordialidade. No hotel você não se sente como em qualquer outro hotel (principalmente nos das grandes redes), pois o proprietário e equipe tratam sempre com muita atenção e buscam fazer da sua estadia uma experiência diferenciada. O hotel é belíssimo, com quartos confortáveis e uma vista única para o mar. Os jantares e café da manhã são deliciosos e de muita qualidade. A distância para o centro não é algo que desabone, pois somente se você ficar hospedado no centro (que é longe das praias) não terá esse "problema". Em suma, foi uma grande experiência, por um valor justo e sem nenhum ponto de crítica. De fato sabem o que estão fazendo e acertam em cheio. Parabéns e obrigado ao proprietário e também à sua amiga, que nos trataram de forma fantástica. Foi realmente muito prazeroso conhecê-los. Espero voltar novamente! Abraços
