The location was super convenient. Situated immediately infront of the ferry terminal. The room was disappointing. Dirty mirror, garbage on the floor under the bed, stained bed sheets & towels, water pressure was terrible in the toilet, backed up with every flush. Decent view, and a quiet stay. Wifi was solid.

We were unpleasantly surprised. No elevators so extremely dangerous for somebody with limited mobility. The place is filthy. The bathroom tile grout was black, and I have no idea what the drippy yellow goo was around the extractor fan on the ceiling. Two miserly towels were provided for those brave enough to take a bath or shower. The windows don’t open and everything smelled of must and something unidentifiable. the king bed with squeezed up against the closet so only one side had a night table. The side with a night table was treated to an octopus like arrangement of extension cords, and plug-ins. The large TV was far too big for the dresser and fully blocking the mirror rendering it useless. In an age of technology and movies at our fingertips, we found 12 channels to watch on the television. For some reason we were treated to a loveseat which was squeezed into a corner, making it hard to use the table. I suspect they had nowhere else to put this loveseat and were just storing it in this room. The saving grace was that the king bed was comfortable, and that we only needed the room for one night. Unless you want to experience, Skid Row, give this hotel wide berth.

It’s an old building that shows its age a little musty smell but the bedding was clean and looked new the bed was comfortable Nice view and convenient to the ferry

We showed up for check-in around 6:30pm and no one was at the check-in desk. We waited for half an hour before cancelling our reservation over Expedia and staying the night on a friends couch instead. Very disappointed. The waiting room was very cold and no one came to check us in after ringing the bell and several phone calls.

Sort of an odd experience. We arrived and checked in, then didn’t see anyone again. Not when we left for dinner and came back, and no where to be found when we checked out. Room was not the cleanest and bed not the comfiest. But affordable and convenient location. No breakfast as advertised.

The room was clean in general except the carpets had stained there were only 3 hangers in the closet to use but nothing for pants the hot water took a long time to get clean and the wifi was very spotty
