Very attentive staff,especially front desk manager Mr Sofian.Excellent breakfast,fresh,high quality.Bread is to die for.Decor is very beautiful and classic.Location is accessible to other cafe,restaurant,and shopping center.Everything is within walking distances.Will definitely come back to Hastal hotel.

Wonderful property to stay in . You would never find as good a host as the owner of this property. It’s a family owned and run hotel that is walking distance to a majority of sites in old Prague . The property had sumptuous and elaborate breakfast. I would highly recommend this property to anyone going to Prague.

1 MINUTE WALK TO FITNESS CENTER
4 night stay. Great location. Room clean. Shower wonderful. Plush robes. Reception helpful especially Tom. Complimentary wine in evening. We opened windows at night rather than using AC. We had room on 2nd floor street side. There were voices from street late into night- people talking, fortunately no loud music or traffic. Ear plugs helpful. Our stay included car parking which was in a structure short distance away. Card access provided by hotel. No need for car in Prague. Awesome fitness center 2 minute walk. I would stay here again.

the stuff was very nice and helpful, but the room a bite crammed we couldn't keep the suitcases open at all time to full stuff, also the issue with parking I had to park the car a couple of blocks away from the hotel in a parking garage and had about $30.0 per day, I didn't expect to pay that much when it was listed as parking available

Professional and friendly front lobby staff and wonderful housekeeper. We were upgraded to a lovely suite that allowed all travelers to stay together which was a delight. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful and the free wine at the end of the day (after walking miles and miles) which we enjoyed on the outdoor patio was a exquisite way to end the day. Since we traveled from afar, it was outstanding to have access to a cafe latte or cappochino 24 hours a day in the lobby and rest by the lobby window and watch the people go by. We will come and stay again!

Great charming hotel close to old town.
This hotel is unique, charming, and in an excellent location. We were only a 15-minute walk to old-town. There are 2 small convenience stores within one block. There is a very good, large, beer hall directly across from the hotel. There's also a small laundry service around the corner, where they will wash and fold your clothes (you pay by the kilogram of weight of your dirty clothes). The breakfast buffet was very good. We recommend this hotel while you're in Prague.

Our room did not have the pictured walk in shower. Instead it had an old deep tub. It was not a very safe option for me. Breakfast was ok but not great. Location was good. No coffee in room.

Loved our stay here. The staff and facilities were excellent - the room and bath and shower were small but adequate. Its just off the old town square and convenient to dining and sites - a short walk to metro and tram stops. The ONLY negative was there was - I think - some construction in the building behind that went all thru the night and was VERY loud at times.

Hotel Hastal was close to all of Old Town Prague and quite walkable to most other sights. It was a very pleasant accomodation. My room was clean and comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure and piping hot water. The included breakfast was expansive and delicious. The hotel had a 24 hr coffee machine which made really good coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would like to point out one particular staff member. Tom greeted me when I arrived in an extremely friendly and inviting demeanor. He was always very helpful and thoughtful. He helped guide me to less expensive places to pick up supplies and was full of good advice.

Though the room was much smaller than any photo online, it was very comfortable, tasteful, had good pillows, and windows that you can open to not be too hot. Very attentive and nice reception staff, nice breakfast. Note: I wish they included hair conditioner for people with long hair. Would stay there again. Nice experience and location.
