Given that we were there at the beginning of the off season things were limited which is understandable The bed was a bit too uncomfortable for me Was hoping to have a little kitchenette for breakfast as travelling into Cooperstown was a 10 min drive

After 9 pm, your key is hung on a bulletin board with your name. Nobody there to check you in. Be prepared to park away from room and lug bags up steep hill. (4 parking spots for 8 units facing lake). Needs better quality blinds on door - very bright light outside will keep you up.

Beautiful view, friendly and helpful staff and definitely pay attention to every detail from cleaning to the grounds. Only disappointment was the shower. The shower head was very small and emitted a very narrow output of water. But we would definitely book again if we return to the area.

overall a good quality motel. I would recommend it to friends who are traveling to Cooperstown to see the hall of fame. Nearest restaurant is 5 miles down the road. Blue Mango at Smiths Docks. Otherwise you must go into town. Lake front Motel has a great Breakfast menu. Doubleday Cafe for lunch. All $15 to 24 $

We enjoyed sitting on the deck and looking at the water. The only complaint would be that the room was damp from the A/C which is always the case with that type of unit.
