Pictures posted on Expedia are very misleading. This property is very outdated. It looks like it was an old apartment complex or college dorm that’s being used as a hotel. The room smelled of old smoke . No USB ports so we couldn’t charge our devices. Obviously the rooms haven’t been updated. Worst of all, there’s no elevator and I had a room on the third floor. I had to lug luggage for my family of five up three flights of stairs. The hot breakfast was decent but apparently that’s going away in Jan. Its located on a very busy major roadway so driving in and out was a bit tricky. I had a balcony which looked out onto an RV park. Not very scenic. For the price I paid I definitely expected more.

This is a nicely kept property. My room had a minisplit air conditioner and it was not adequate. Room was hot and uncomfortable all night. Did not rest well due to the heat.

We were charged $250 for smoking in the room. WE DO NOT SMOKE OR VAPE. Staff was very rude in trying to resolve this. We checked out two days early because we were not going to be called liars - - and there was no guarantee that the false-positive smoke alarm & subsequent charge would not continue
