We stayed a few nights.
Front desk failed to tell me at check in i had to call the night before for our room to be cleaned.
1st night heater was working then shut off. At 1st we thought it would go back on after awgile, but noticed it didnt. Tried calling front desk all day next day about the heating. It was cold all night. And we needed more towels.
When i finally got through to front desk only to be given attitude.
She came dropped off towels around 5ish. I asked her about the heating, we were cold. She just fiddled with the machine. And said the nightshift maintenance guy will come by to check it out. I then asked what time will that be. She said around 10. Im like noo its too long i have a 2 year old and 3 year old here and we arr cold. She walked away and said ok will try find someone to check it out. An hour went by again didn't hear from her. I tried calling her. She said i am woking on it im busy, hangs up. So my daughter googled it online. And figured it out herself to get the heat fixed. Not one call from front desk at all. N one came around to check on us, not even to check if the heater was working properly.
By day 3 we were there, no room service yet. I went to front desk hoping to talk to manager they said she not in yet. I explained my situation on how we were being treated. And room still not done.. i asked if manger comes in please ask her to call me.
And when it was time to check out. I asked to speak to the manager they said again she was not in.

Disliked: Staff & service
Booked two queens got a king. Went back to office showed them the reservation and they argued. Made us walk back up to the room to inspect after in it 3 mi Utes then said they would fix it it gave us 2 double beds most uncomfortable we ever slept. Won’t go there again ever
Good budget hotel, clean and newly renovated a couple of years ago. Quiet and comfortable bed, clean bathroom. The comforter on the bed is a bit thin, could need a warmer/thicker one for the winter.
Ok for a night or two.

Asked for a late check out of 12:30 pm due to an appointment at the hospital. Was told it would be fine. Then we received a call telling us we had to check out at 11 am. There was no note of our late check out. Then they said we could stay until Noon, after that they would charge us for another night. I am a frequent guest at this place, it's unfortunate. It may affect whether I stay again.
Bed not really comfortable for a memory foam. Security lights on all night making it hard to sleep.
No information on how to use tv, coffee pot or any info on the city

Homeless people everywhere, banging on door every couple hours waking everyone up. Room is otherwise clean and bed was decent. Watch your vehicle.
Location was close to where I needed to do a course. Just unfortunate that the whole downtown core of PG is so "scuzzy". Not a really warm feeling to the streets and buildings. Motel was clean tidy.
Rooms were clean and renovated. Limited amount of parking. Pretty rough area of town. Wouldn’t have stayed if I had to park far away from hotel as I felt that my car would be broken into. Price was fair, a bit on the expensive side for what it was.
The motel is clean and the staff is helpful. There’s limited parking and a large homeless population all around. It makes it feel a little unsafe in terms of worrying about our car getting broken into. Otherwise it was a great place and worth every penny.
