One of two full oceanfront views of Hanalei Bay with private lanais and grass lawn looking over the breathtaking views of Hanalei Bay and Bali Hai. Enjoy an amazing sunrise breakfast and cup of coffee as you overlook the bay as the sun wakes up the sparkling Pacific Ocean. The evening Bali Hai sunsets are enjoyed as you gather with friends and family on your own private lanai with a full view of the ocean and amazing fire orange skies.
You have full view of the point at Hanalei as surfers paddle into some of the best waves on the island. The point is a world class wave that can hold the biggest of conditions as surfers are challenged to tow-in or paddle into waves bigger than houses.
We are always amazed as we see our Creator's design of the rains that produce rainbows and feed the many waterfalls along the majestic mountains.
So relax, take a deep breath of pure ocean air, and take in one of the most stunning places on earth. The day is up to you, whether that is grabbing your favorite book and quietly sitting at the beach, playing a round on a world renown golf course at Princeville Makai golf club, ziplining, riding ATV's, horseback riding, helicopter rides. We love to take a stroll down to the beach from the resort to soak up the sun and snorkel and enjoy a breakfast at Princeville Resort. It has complimentary golf cart service to the beach and back if you don't want to do the 6-8 min walk down as it is a sloped walk path.
Hanalei Bay Resort has an amazing pool and jacuzzi with cascading waterfalls and lounge chairs to enjoy. The resort has a fitness center along with a business lounge. It has a world class Peter Burwash Tennis facility with Pro Shop and 8 tennis courts and new pickleball courts being installed. Our place provides you with a full kitchen and a BBQ Pavilion by the lower pool so you can grill the meats of your choice. We love the daily fresh fish you can pick up at the fish market in Hanalei. The Happy Talk Lounge at Hanalei Bay Resort is a great place to grab lunch or dinner. The restaurants are superb in Princeville and down in Hanalei. We have beach chairs and large umbrellas for you to use on your days at the beach. We love our Hanalei home at Hanalei Bay Resort and want you to have that experience too.

Incredible, perfect condo to stay in!!
We spent 10 days in Princeville staying at the Muxlow's home. The communication prior to our stay and during our stay was superior, and handled by family members. The three bedroom condo was comfortable,very well equipped, beautiful inside and on the outside porches, and with views of Hanalei Bay that cannot be matched! The Hanalei Bay Resort pool and beach were incredible for all ages. The location is quiet, convenient to everything, and peaceful.We would not stay anywhere else! We highly recommend staying there, and hope to do so again in the future.

Absolutely Loved It!
Last time we were in Princeville we stayed at the hotel next door and so glad we opted to stay here. The views were amazing, the condo was spacious and we enjoyed the amenities. The host was super helpful and friendly. We can't wait to come back!

The Best View in Kauai
We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The unobstructed views of Hanalei Bay from right outside on the back porch could not be beat! Sitting out there watching the sunsets was one of the highlights of our trip. It was absolutely stunning! The condo was very clean, roomy, and comfortable for our group of 7. It was one of the absolute best places I've ever stayed.

The condo was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and the automatic coffee maker with high quality coffee that was supplied was a nice surprise. The view from the back patio is as nice as any view you will ever have. Would definitely stay here again.

Waking up to stunning views of Hanalei Bay and the surrounding mountains every day was amazing!! The walk from the parking lot is a little far, but it provided the best views!! We could not have been any more comfortable! Loved every minute!!

Breathtaking views
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hanalei Bay Resort. We rented all three units, and they were spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed for a week’s stay. The highlight, however, was the view. It is even more impressive than the pictures, and you have a perfect vantage point to watch the gorgeous sunsets. It was difficult to motivate the family to leave the unit to head into town for dinner. We also enjoyed walking to the beach, playing tennis and the pool. Thank you for a memorable week!

Beautiful property! Very spacious. Bedrooms and bathrooms were wonderful. The kitchen was lovely and stocked perfectly. The view from the lani was incredible! We thoroughly enjoyed morning coffee and sunset cocktails on the lani. The resort is elegant and the staff are attentive, friendly, and professional. Definitely hope to return someday!

Really nice condo!
The condo was great for our family. The view could not have been better! The host was so helpful prior to our stay. The “resort” was quite bad. The pool was not heated, I think I saw 10 people in the pool during our 2 week stay. The restaurant appeared to have nothing to do with the resort, I tried to take a drink to the pool, but was not allowed. I was even charged a check in fee…never heard of that one before! Summary, nice room, lousy resort!

Wonderful location for up to 3 units with majestic views. Felt like we had one of the top locations on the property. Gorgeous views over Hanalei. Spacious for 7 of us (5 adults, a 16 year old and his 1.5 yo cousin.) Well equipped with all we needed. Nice tenants.

Condo with a beautiful view
This is a beautiful property and condo. The owner is super responsive and flexible and the condo is clean, well-stocked and spacious. The view is incredible. My only notes are that the beach is a hike, small and no amenities. And the swim up bar is not open.

Don't Hesitate-Perfect Property
Without a doubt, this gorgeous home in Princeville was the setting for the perfect week in Kauai. We stayed here with our extended family, with other members in condos also on the property. This home was the hub of entertaining for our family of 10, with 6 of us comfortably staying in this property. Every room was well appointed and shared the view that represents Hawaii to me...if you did nothing else but sit on the patio and watch that view for a week you'd be happy! Lots of bird visitors right on the grass and truly magical rainbows almost every morning. The common spaces were plush and comfortable for a large family. The kitchen is outstanding and honestly we adored the gourmet coffee maker so much I bought one when I got home! Laundry machines were a great help, as this was week two of our vacation. Our hosts were responsive and helpful, though really didn't need to bother them because clear instructions left for everything. The amenities of the resort are a great addition. We had two folks with mobility challenges this trip, and having the golf cart available to get us to the car and to beach, etc. was handy. We will be back in coming years. It would be an amazing place to celebrate the holidays with your family and I hope my own sometime in the future. I'd go back tomorrow if I could. Don't hesitate to book this property...totally worth every penny!

This property is AMAZING! From the moment we walked into the door the views were on point! Everything was luxurious from the furnishings, decor, to the appliances! We felt so private and tucked away to the best room on the property! So clean and comfortable! You thought of everything here and went above and beyond to make your guests feel at home! Providing beach gear, chairs, coolers, binoculars were the perfect extra perks that we thoroughly enjoyed. We will absolutely stay here again and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating! Breathtaking with all the comforts of home
The views from this property cannot be properly described in words.... the view across Hanalei Bay takes your breath away. It has all the comforts of home, with special touches throughout, that made the stay magical and unforgettable. From a Yeti cooler, to plentiful snorkeling gear, to tennis racquets and balls, to welcome gifts, it delivered everything you could wish for.
