Great location downtown Memphis
Wonderful location but OMG. My room on the 8th floor faced Beale street and even with the sound machine turned real loud it was very noisy. Loud music into the wee hours.

I stopped in for the weekend my friend was having a show in town next door at the fedex forum . Her room smelled like mold so she left but I had to stay because I have a child and it was almost 2 am at this point . My room was no better the shower was dirty . I mean bleach does work yall . No one came to even empty a trash can the whole weekend I was there .

All good until Sunday eve when the desk called my room and asked why I was there? I was there because my trip, booked via Orbitz, had me there checking in Friday, checking out Monday am. Westin did not have that programmed and said I either had to leave or pay for another night. I showed staff my Orbitz itinerary and trip numbers on my phone. I was permitted to stay after such. Not certain yet if I was charged. If I am they will be hearing back from me.
