My room smelled stalled. So they changed it and there was a rat running around my new room. It’s funny embarrassing and quite frankly beneath the standard of this chain. I’ll take a refund honestly
First time getting my Dad a handicap accessible room now that he uses a walker. He definitely felt safer in the bathroom using the toilet and shower. We were surprised that we could no longer be in the lobby area in the back by ourselves to eat with our dog for dinner, as we were told people have complained previously. So we had to eat in our room and there were not enough chairs for the 3 of us. When I was not there to help my parents order dinner, they ended up spending almost $50 on a delivery pizza from the service recommended in the room. Yet we saw a man come to breakfast- wait in line with his dog, and eat with his large dog on his lap in the back of the room and no one told him to leave. Enjoyed the sign mentioning quiet hours which should be in all hotels!
Both the Shuttle driver and the check in person was exceptional. I was made to feel welcome. I will stay there again if my delta flight gets cancelled again which is a high probability when flying with Delta.
