Great hotel. The staff were professional, room was good, love the heated pool and it’s an easy walk to the center of Provincetown. Even has it’s own private beach.

Very standard beachside hotel if a little run down. Staff was friendly enough, but nothing above and beyond. Price was high, but I think appropriate for the location and time of year.

At Surfside, we found a convenient & affordable (relatively speaking) to the Payomet Performance Center. We enjoyed the easy walk from the hotel to restaurants and shopping on Commercial Street. Hotel is a bit tired not surprising given its popularity. Liked the fire pit and breakfast.

Disappointed. But still beautiful!
We had a stunning waterfront view. But we’re not told that there was going to be construction right outside our room. — They have a no smoking policy… But all of the construction workers were smoking & it smelled. We had been there years ago. It went down hill with the new owners. Especially with the breakfast they provide. The view was still spectacular!

Really nice place!
Great pool, easy parking and a great location. It’s about a 7 minute walk to the heart center of Provincetown so not in the thick of the action but perfectly close. Great view of the water, but not a private balcony. Each floor has a full length balcony so you have section but not private. We were okay with it, though. Dog-friendly so we love it! The staff was so helpful. We’d stay again

We stayed on "Ocean" view side of the property which was worth the little extra for a wonderful view of the harbor and Provincetown Center in the distance. The property is not new but is in good condition and has all the amenities one might expect from a chain hotel. I appreciated the continental breakfast and microwavable breakfast sandwiches as "fuel." The walk to downtown is pleasant and mostly flat along commercial street. The person cleaning our room was fantastic. His attention to needs (towels, TP, etc) and completing the cleaning job before noontime were much appreciated. All the staff were warm and friendly. I would recommend this place with easy parking and a beautiful view.

I had a wonderful time at Surfside! My room was great with no complaints. The amenities are wonderful too. It's a bit of a walk into town but manageable. I rented a bike and that helped! It's easy to get an Uber or (even better) pedicab. The best part of my experience was the staff. They are very kind and accommodating - and fun! I will definitely return here for my next Ptown trip!

We had a great trip. Everyone at Surfside goes out of their way to be helpful and friendly. The beach at the hotel ia great with no rocks and pool very well maintained. Walking distance to everything.

The property is your average beach side motel. The rooms are perfectly comfortable though not as clean as I would have hoped. The floors in particular were pretty dirty. Service was perfectly friendly and accommodating. Location was further from the center of town than I’d personally like to be but it’s still walkable and a beautiful walk at that.

Location is good (near beach and walkable to main tourist area). Plenty of room in parking lot. Staff was friendly. BUT: - the bathroom door is a slidable door. This is NOT a pocket door that “locks”. It’s a door on rollers with at least an inch or more of open space between the door and door frame. So if you don’t want your partner hearing you do your business, then this isn’t the place for you. The door didn’t even stay in place sometimes so I had to have my bf brace a chair against door so it didn’t slide partially open. - morning coffee wasn’t good

The high threshold into the room was very dangerous, kept tripping over it. The refrigerator leaked water all over my expensive food inside and I awoke to water all over the floor that had leaked from the fridge. I did appreciate a larger than normal fridge and an in room microwave. I wished there was tea in the rooms as well as coffee.
