Very good, rooms are s bit dated and could do with an upgrade

Recently refurbished and what a great hotel. Fantastic facilities and great pools. Free breakfast with everything you can think of available. Very friendly staff and 3 restaurants on site. Alcohol and soft drink prices were also very reasonably priced. Let’s to do with entertainment during the day and evening. Will come back later this year.

Really lovely stay. Would recommend greatly if you're looking for a relaxing / do nothing and switch off kind of holiday. Hotel is spotless, and spoilt for choice at buffet. Staff all very friendly. Views are wonderful. Not much to do outside of hotel is the only negative.

My stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife was an incredible experience, offering the perfect mix of luxury, entertainment, and relaxation. Whether it was the lavish breakfast buffet, gourmet dinners, or poolside snacks, every meal was delicious and well-presented. The selection of international cuisines, fresh ingredients, and top-notch service made dining a highlight of our stay.The hotel offers everything you could want for a perfect holiday. The multiple pools, including an adults-only area, were well-maintained and had a great atmosphere. The Rock Spa was an oasis of relaxation, and the fitness center was well-equipped. Entertainment was top-tier, with live music, DJ performances, and themed events creating an electric energy throughout the resort.Our modern, beautifully designed room had everything we needed – stylish décor, top-quality amenities, and an incredible view. However, despite requesting a double bed, we were given two single beds pushed together, which was a slight disappointment. It didn’t significantly impact our stay, but for a hotel of this standard, it would have been nice for this request to be accommodated.Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife exceeded expectations

Excellent Staff except for grumpy bartender at pool. We brought our own drinking cups but was forcing us to use the hotels plastic cups and pay 1€ deposit. Made no sense. Rooms need updating. Especially bathrooms but the beds were comfortable and overall the room was clean. We asked for a quiet room and they put us on the top floor - thank you. Food at restaurant for all inclusive was decent and there was variety everyday. Staff at the restaurant were excellent. Hotel located in good proximity to ocean and restaurants/bars but there is no good beach nearby.

Very relaxing Lovely stay thank you
