The best part about it is being in Bucerias and the options to explore around. The place itself has tons of pools and beach access which is great. Food and drinks are good but not incredible. Service was adequate but not above and beyond

We liked the pool settings and you can walk the beach as far as you can see. Love all the little shops and restaurants right outside and it’s walkable to the flea market

they only show two types of rooms on expedia web. both showing nice new looking as standard rooms, expecting ocean views and balcony. but when we got there, they said we only paid for standard room. put us way out back in an old tiny room with no view of ocean at all. asked to up grade, they said no rooms available, no refunds. bait and switch big time, surprised expedia lets their customers be exposed to these scammers.

The resort had direct beach access! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The unique architectural style reflected the culture of that area. Food was great with local flare. Many areas for relaxation preferences. Some things could be updated for creature comforts, but all in all a good place to stay. Local markets are within walking distance. Felt safe to wander the local areas.

What a lovely resort! Our family thoroughly enjoyed every minute of being there. The staff were all friendly and helpful and always acknowledged us whenever they seen us! The food was great and the drinks were delicious! Thank you for your hospitality Royal Decameron staff!

This is a great place to stay for the price. The food is so-so. The size of the property is just right. The only A/C is in the rooms. WIFI is only available in two lobby areas. There are bikes to use that are pretty rickety. Oct was a super hot time of the year to be there.

Lovely property - lots of options. Definitely suggest asking really good questions on off-season timing for openings in a la carte restaurants and even pool closures etc as they differ from the brochure. Also check your room location - if the door aims at the disco/theatre there are some loud nights! Staff was very friendly, food was good and lots of options

We had no hot water for 10 days food was terrible Alacart especially Italian was slop. We had ants crawling on us. We were rushed and waiter unprofessional. People yelling in hallways all hours. Hotel is run down. Booze was watered down. No nice drinks. Line ups for bar. No waiters. This is our 4th time at hotel. Have not been in 10 years. We will not be coming back. It’s expensive for what you get. So many other nice classy laces

The restaurants were only open at certain times and the food in all but 1 was terrible. They also let the birds fly in and onto the fruit buffet. No cleaning of our room for 3 days even when we asked for it. No info about anything or maps of the layout. In order to find out what was happening we had to find someone to ask or miss out. Would I ever book here again NO

A lot of people who complain about this resort is likely used to the 5 stars from cancun high rise. This is a 3 star resort and it is honestly the best 3 star resort i have ever been too and totally worth the money as i would like to come back here. The staff here are super friendly as they will go above and beyond to make your stay feel comfortable. I do recommend you buy a mexican sim card for data as the wifi isnt the strongest but other than that, this place is amazing.
