Our room was assigned upstairs with no elevator. We are seniors that have to climb their stairs. Air in this section of the hallway is stuffy. The world part is the step just outside of our door step. It is a major fault in each of the room in this section. I almost got my ankle injure when I forgot the step just outside my room. Never I stayed in a hotel this unsafe!!! Will never stay there again.

Great staff & good beds

Staff were excellent and accommodating when one of our travelers had a delayed. Rooms are clean and the beds were very comfortable. Most definitely would stay here again. It’s and older property that is well maintained.

Bathrooms are very small. It’s dated in some areas. Elevator was always wet on the floor. Complimentary breakfast was always packed making it hard to maneuver someone with a wheelchair. We were there at a busy time of year. Asking for more than$250 for incidentals was not okay. I was asked to pay over $700 up front to hold on my credit card. Was unexpected! The front desk told me all of PEI hotels does this. Undecided if I would return.

May be necessary to upgrade from the older AC units in the Motel Rooms. Had to have ours on the whole time we were there or it would get incredibly warm. The unit was quite noisy though. Otherwise a great stay!

The room was nice but the smell of cleaning products was so strong we had to leave the door open and window open. Unfortunately, people were smoking outside and my son was with me. The ventilation wasn’t great and forced us to leave the hotel room for a few hours to let it air out. It was also a motel room that I was given, not a hotel room. It was not mentioned when I booked as I would have booked else where. The staff was kind and the pool was great.

Room was clean but had a smell when you first step in. Bedding was very clean and fresh. The bathroom had a bit of wear but was also clean. Our tv didn't work but we were busy with outside activities so it wasn't an issue for us on this visit. We let the front desk know for the next guest. The staff were all helpful, pleasant and professional.

Fairly nice hotel for what you pay for. The drive up rooms were a little outdated and musty- however very clean. However I believe the actual rooms in the hotel were more new. Our water pressure in the shower was horrific and was almost too painful to shower. I read about this in another review and laughed thinking it was over dramatic, but it was very much so valid. The hotel itself was very nice. There’s a pretty sweet waterslide that we enjoyed as well. The breakfast buffet was good. There was plenty of options

Very clean and great staff. I was unfortunately located in the back where I had to carry my luggage up the stairs to the second floor. They really need to address this lack of elevator for that section of their building.
