Non of the outlets in the room work, we had to charge the phones outside. Employees only gave us decent service if we tip them. Poor conditions in the buildings. Poor variety of food. It doesn’t worth the money!

We really enjoyed our time at Lopesan! Amazing food at all the restaurants and buffets. We enjoyed The Boulevard and all of the night activities available there. The one downside for some may be the lack of a win up bar in the pool but for others that isn't any issue. Overall, we had a great time and very much enjoyed our time.

We almost were scared off by the bad reviews I was seeing. I’m glad I ignored them. What I concluded is this place is so big there’s no way they can dodge a bad guest once in awhile. Or some people have wild expectations for an all inclusive, I’m not sure. The property is stunning! Food was great for an all inclusive and the rooms were cleaned well everyday. My only suggestion is the room AC didn’t work well keeping us cool at night. My wife and I can’t wait to return here! Book it, you won’t regret it.

First of all, the resort is insanely beautiful with more pools than you can swim in and a gorgeous beach. The staff were some of the friendliest we have ever encountered. Lots of shops and restaurants. We were able to make reservations and check out menus on the resort app. That being said, the property was a little too large and spread out for us, although that might not bother others. We had a beautiful ocean view room with a comfortable king size bed, but the two complaints we had were no hot water for showers, it was tepid at best, and the lack of bathroom privacy. The door was pretty much see-through with just frosted glass. But all in all, we had a wonderful time just being in paradise.

Checkin experience was extremely slow and unorganized. When we arrived we were directed to one check in area for Expedia. We were 2nd in line but waited 50 min to be told they to go to another area. We waited again another 15-20 min in line. Then a per 30 min or more getting room sorted out. The front desk checkin person (Fior)said she was sending us something to our room for the mix up.We never received anything!

The hotel was great and kids had a good time. Buffet offered different type of foods everyday and the restaurabts we went to were great except the french one. However, rooms had a moldy smell, felt the bed sheets were humid all the time and there was no fridge, also, room service wasn't the best. I had to actually go and get pool towels because it took 1:30 hr for housekepping to being me towels even though I mentioned the urgency; I had a wedding to get to. As for expedia.... there was misinformation, there is no VIP specials, also hotek doesn't charge for the water park or minibar...not sure why would you mention that as a plus when booking with you.

No recibí ningún tratamiento vip, no recibí trago de bienvenida ni las entradas al parque de agua; que decían estar incluidas en mi reservación. Cuando reclamé en el hotel me dijeron que era problema de ustedes. En el check-in fue muy lento, desorganizado y con poca privacidad. Habían otros huéspedes a mi lado escuchando mi información durante el proceso. No me informaron que habían áreas restringidas, lo cual fue decepcionante. En general el hotel es bonito y está en muy buenas condiciones. La comida del buffet necesita mejorarse, la calidad del servicio y de las bebidas en los bares y restaurantes no es buena. La comida en los restaurantes no es buena ni el servicio tampoco. El restaurante asiático y el bar La perla (aunque no me incluían ese bar) son los mejores. 10/10 para ellos en atención, presentación y servicio. En el bar Timon que se supone que sí estaba incluido, me dijeron que estaba cerrado aunque habían otras personas. El Café Bávaro y el Pub Británico también son buenos. La Disco también estaba bien. El Sport Bar tenía todas las pantallas fuera de servicio. Las habitaciones no tienen indicador de NO MOLESTAR. El jabón tiene un olor intenso a especias. Pero las limpian muy bien. Me hubiera gustado tener más variedad de almohadas y dormir fue un poco incómodo. El hotel no nos informó de actividades o excursiones fuera del Hotel. Escuchamos muchas otras quejas de otros huéspedes. Checkout antes del medio día para no almorzar ahí. No volveré.
