Issues with customer service. Language barrier with many staff that work there. Paid for two queen pool view room, upon arrival with 11 people because we booked through Expedia we had to check in at a different desk. After being overcharged and transaction had to be cancelled and redone, was sent to a room with a pool view but it had a bed and a couch (not two beds and the couch was not a pull out), had to go all the way back to desk. Had to argue with the desk clerk who told us there was nothing they could do. Miraculously he called someone and they gave us a room at the entire other end of the resort with NO pool view. Booking through Expedia may be why they treat you different but not acceptable.
Also there is no way to book reservations for the restaurants ahead of time but the day of arrival there were No reservations available? Overall it is a very nice property, however the service needs to improve and the overcharging for a view and not getting it is unacceptable.
