I recently stayed at an Embassy property, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations for this reputable brand. Upon checking into my room, I discovered bloodstains on the sheets. This was understandably alarming, and I promptly contacted the front desk to request clean linens.
Regrettably, it took over an hour for someone to respond to my request. When staff finally arrived, they questioned whether it was indeed blood, which added to my discomfort and frustration. While I appreciate the need for thoroughness, the situation could have been handled with more sensitivity and urgency.
After my stay, I emailed Hilton’s customer service to express my concerns and seek a resolution. However, it has been several days, and I have not received a response.
In light of this experience, I strongly recommend that potential guests check their bed linens upon arrival. While I have generally had positive experiences with Hilton, this incident has left me disappointed and questioning the level of cleanliness and responsiveness at this particular location.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and implements necessary improvements for future guests.
