Lovely room but no cold water! I've heard of no hot water but this was uncomfortable. The sink offered hot water from the cold tap and hotter water from the hot tap. Your shower choice was HOT or scalding!

I was surprised by a few of the outdated items in this hotel. The rooms thermostat was from The 70s and the AC was hit and miss the whole time we were there. Various areas around the hotel on the floors frequently had garbage left at the elevators which stayed for long periods. Many of the drinking fountains were non operational and had crusty deposits in them. I have no idea what it was. Not worth the premium fee for staying there.

When I called in before even leaving home to make sure I had the things I needed. I calle and was assure that they would be able to accommodate me when I called into front desk one supervisor was intolerant to my requests and just rudely hung up on me. Then when I called back some other employee refused to let me talk to a manager and chastised me several times over me checking in too late too receive the things I asked for. All I want is a fan for circulation and when I was at front desk I saw a fan there and they claimed they could not get me one. Then due to it being cold in here and there is low air circulation and I need that to breathe. Even on the website you show fans in most of the rooms in the pictures. I’m a good paying customer and shouldn’t be chastised because I was out in your business spending lots of money. They claim to be helpful and available 24/7 and I feel like that’s a blatant lie to your customers and false advertising and there are laws requiring you accommodate ada

Room was nice, no real issues except an alarm kept going off in someone’s room, it was as annoying. Also I was looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub but when I went to the pool area it was closed.

Our room was clean and comfortable only wish we had a view of the river. My husband enjoyed his 3 mile walk on the river walk Spent a little time at the casino which was nice even though we didn’t win 😞 We would stay again if we are in the area

The aisle is a very nice place to stay. Only had one minor bad interactive with a staff member where he was in the right, but could have given a better delivery of the message he was trying to convey. Other than that no complaints. Would stay again and recommend!

Very good property. I will be back. Resort fees are a waste of time. It borders on “bait and switch “. Just tell us how much the rooms cost, unless we can opt out of the resort fee.

Bad - they didn’t have the room we reserved. Put us in a room that had less beds than we needed and said they didn’t have extra pillows. WiFi was bad. Water pressure terrible. Bed was basically on the floor and too soft. Just a bad all around experience.
