The hotel shied 9.0 trying in Hotel.com. In reality, carpet all over very old and worn out. 2- my bathroom if the room we checked in was barely cleaned.3-the sofa bed was horrible. 4- the breakfast was awful

This is a very nice hotel. The room was clean and well appointed. The shower stall needed a bit of attention. Breakfast was good but the sausage was greasy. Overall good experience.

This hotel seems to be a remodeled hotel. It doesnt seem like other Hyatt Place hotels. The location was nice. The halls and rooms seemed drab and plain. The beds were comfortable. Our bathroom door wouldnt completely close or lock. The shower drain was plugged and slow.
