The Space:
Showcasing a prime position in central Queenstown, this modern, three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment commands stunning elevated lake and mountain views for which Queenstown is renowned, while also offering the convenience of being just a short stroll to the bustling Central Business District.

Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the airy, open-plan living and dining areas, offering some of the most spectacular panoramas of Queenstown’s beauty, as well as lots of natural light.

You’ll find luxurious fittings and contemporary furnishings. The light-filled layout boasts a six-person marble dining table and two plush grey couches that frame a luxurious indoor fireplace; while a spacious kitchen provides all you’ll need for a comfortable stay including a premium oven and four-burner gas cooktop, dishwasher and ample bench and cupboard.

Nearby, you’ll find the Skyline Gondola that offers spectacular panoramas and the Skyline Luge—800 metres of sharp turns, dark tunnels and dippers that you speed through on a cart—which is more for the fast-paced at heart.

Getting Around:
You are within walking distance to tow, and there is public transportation on the main road about 100 meters away.

In addition to a double garage, there is plenty of free parking space for you to use.

The home is only a 10 minute drive from the Airport, or 20 minutes by public transportation.

Comfort in Queenstown

We were fortunate to be able to stay in this lovely apartment, an easy walk from the centre of Queenstown. My husband and I enjoyed some time with our adult son and his girlfriend and the apartment was perfect for 2 couples. Everything was clean, information clear and lounge and beds very comfortable. Aaron was easy to communicate with…we would highly recommend this apartment!

Excellent location and a good sized property for families. Appreciated the space after a long day on the slopes, as the kids needed some time to unwind. Will be back.
