Fabulous spot a stone's throw from the heart of Queenstown. Absolutely beautiful views. There's an elevator, so no stairs or hills to have to drag your bags up. Parking is a little tight but plenty of spaces available.

Fabulous location. It’s on a noisy road (at times), but that’s to be expected for the convenient location. Our apartment was nice, comfy and had good amenities.

The property is beautifully located. However, the staff is non responsive. Despite my daily requests to add shampoo (my only request during the stay), it was not provided. The shampoo bottles stayed empty until the end.

Amazing views

We had room #3A which was the top floor with a large balcony, incredible views of the lake and The Remarkable’s mountain range. We loved Queenstown, great town with lots to do and see. The hotel was super convenient and nicely stocked with everything you need. We had great happy hours on the patio:deck.

Good location, very convenient to walk to town centre. It would be nice if there are additional basic items such as salad bowl, non-stick pan and a bottle of diswashing liquid. Otherwise, it is a very nice apartment with good laundry facility.
