When we arrived, the front door was locked. A note near the door directed us to call a number - that had no area code. When asked, the manager said "I thought everyone would know the area code." We're travelers, why would we know the area code?
Anyway, we were not told what the wi-fi password was. I called the same number as before but never got a callback. I was previously told by the manager that she was having a problem with harassing phone calls from someone and wasn't answering the phone. But if that is the same line that guests are using, I don't know, why not look at the Caller ID? And or call the police on the person that was harassing? Why not promptly listen to voice mail messages.
When we booked the room, one of the criteria was chose / choose, is breakfast included as this is VERY convenient. It need not be a full buffet, but something. We were told that this motel was no longer serving breakfast. That's fine, I guess, but their site should be updated on Travelocity to indicate such.
At checkout in the morning, again, the front door was locked, and there was no one in the lobby. I got into the lobby via a side door and left the key on the desk.
The manager, overall, was friendly (though I never saw her again after checking in), and the room itself was VERY spacious, and clean. Those were the only redeeming aspects of our stay.
