Hotel location was good and room was a decent size. The breakfast was okay although very busy with limited seating and the lay out wasn’t ideal, with people hoovering in certain parts making access awkward. One thing that wasn’t ideal was the lack of housekeeping which was only provided if your stay was more than four days. Whilst limited housekeeping is understandable there should be a minimum daily standard of emptying the bins and replacing the bin liners and replenishing the coffee station and toiletries

We walked into the lobby to check in and the employee was sitting and on her cell phone. Waited a full minute or more for her to acknowledge us, then she acted like we were interrupting her. No, the checkin was not friendly or efficient. Didn't tell us about breakfast or checkout, nothing. Disappointing. The room was very clean with a fridge and microwave. We stayed two days and would stay again as it was in the middle of everything we wanted to do and very quiet. When we checked out both employees there were friendly. This hotel is by the airport but didn't hear any of that noise.

The desk staff checking us in at 2am told us not to worry about our car in the parking lot because "it's not like Haitians are going to hit it". If we weren't completely exhausted, we would've left. Weird, hateful little guy. Really wishing I hadn't given a business that would hire someone like that one cent of our money.

I was sad to see the barren landscape or view, the location appears more like a desert than South Dakota. The hotel is nice, staff is amazing, bed was less comfortable than we normally experience with Best Western Plus, breakfast was mediocre, again we are accustomed to a very nice breakfast area and great food when staying at BW.
