The pool is still there are all these years. Breakfast arrangement works. It's a buffet, but arrangement uses the snack bar/restaurant so you have a booth to enjoy the start of the day in a relaxed manner without jockeying for a limited number of wobbly tables like other places I've stayed at. Fun for a while, but as the kids get older it fails to have the same all day draw since no upgrades to the slides have been made. I don't count the birthday room as an upgrade.

Room was run down and worn. We reserved a room with two queens and got a king and couch pull out but the couch was old and not acceptable to sleep on. The manager of the hotel listened to our concern and took care of us. Would stay at again.

This property does not have a pool. Yes there are a couple of them attached but it is about $30 per person to walk in the door. There is no alternative. Would have been nice to know before we arrived.

When I arrived at 10 PM was met with an 85 degree humid smelly room with a non working AC unit - the floor was wet and it smelled terrible. When I was finally moved to another room our toilet and sink would not drain and it was still just not a clean room. Would not recommend staying here. Not worth the money I spent.

The stay was good. Was told by the front desk that the roll away bed would be a one time $60 fee for the stay and ended up getting charged for the whole stay of 7 nights with it. Only gives a little discount to the waterpark to hotel stayers.

The ad said the property has a pool. It doesn't unless you pay for the waterpark. You will still be charged a resort fee even though the pool is not part of La Quinta and you have to pay a separate business to access it.

Over all the hotel was clean (towels, sheets, etc.) but for the price I would expect the actual room to be cleaner. The doors had stuff smeared all over, the soap dispensers in the shower we dirty.
